Processing Time:

Orders are processed the same day or within 1 business day of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

- Standard Shipping - $5.99, estimated 6-12 business days from the date of dispatch
- Express Shipping - $9.99, estimated 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

International Shipping:

BLINDSPOT ships internationally. Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Check with your country's customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at blindspot.int@gmail.com and we'll chase it up with the carrier.
